Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing shit-hot social media content – from copy through to design

  • Managing the agencies social media channels

  • Developing social listening reports from key events/congresses

  • Supporting on social influencer campaigns

  • Supporting the Head of Social Media to evolve our client offering

 

Publicis LifeBrands: Junior Creative

The creative department works to come up with brand new ideas for their clients and make them into websites, adverts, apps and other marketing materials. Working with the creative team and studio will give you exposure to:

  • Concepting ‘Big Ideas’ for new business pitches and client presentations

  • Print and online layouts  

  • Learning to conceptualise with a Copywriter and an Art Director.

  • Learning Design layout

  • Becoming familiar with a creative strategy and learn how to design within it.

  • Learning the process of telling a story.

  • Learning the order of page: headlines, visuals, and copy logos.

  • Gaining a working knowledge of graphic design software (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Learning testing and deployment of media-rich website applications

  • Learning the creation of print and digital files

  • Learning the quality control function of jobs produced by the studio

  • Learning the process of translating briefs/documentation into comprehensive designs and layouts

 

  Digitas Health: Junior Project Executive

This is a unique opportunity for hands-on learning about the art of Project Management. Working with and supporting a team of senior PMs, you will learn and apply established processes and methodologies for delivering creative concepts, mobile apps, digital experiences on time and on budget. It's a great learning opportunity, where you will be taught and mentored by strong PMs in a tightly knit agency team.

Your Role:

Within creative agencies, Project Managers are often a lynchpin, playing a central role in delivering exceptional work. The role requires attention to detail, an appreciation for organisation and clarity, and a genuine like for working with people. You need the think ahead and manage the here-and-now. It takes assertiveness and drive in support of the greater good - which for us means creating transformative experiences which lead to better health outcomes.

Your day to responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and scope projects, develop cost estimates and timelines

  • Assign the right people to the right tasks, and schedule their time with the Resource Manager

  • Plan and run daily Stand-Up meetings to organise people around their daily tasks

  • Triage and manage change - new client requests, client feedback, delays

  • Keep timelines and resource plans up to date

  • Write briefs and work with creative to get work done - e.g. organising and collecting all the information they need, communicating the requirements clearly, etc.

  • Monitor time sheets and update budget reports 

  • Keep file sharing systems well organised and up to date

  • Review / quality check deliverables

  • Help make the teams job easier and the work better!

 

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness: Account Executive

  • Owning the logistics, administration and day-to-day account work associated with one of our biggest clients. 

  • You’ll be responsible for budget updates, invoices and status reports while learning all you can from the account managers, account directors and group account directors in the team.

  • Developing and maintaining harmonious client relationships and managing client expectations to foster effectiveness/productivity.

  • You will be responsible for defining, driving and managing timelines.

  • Quality control and ensuring all members of the team consistently deliver quality.

  • Communicate effectively with the creative team to foster concepts and job development on straightforward jobs.

  • Contributes to the creative process (gathers and shares appropriate insights, facts and data.

  • Effectively leads meetings making important, relevant contributions and communicates action steps.

  • Getting on with all sorts of types of people is essential and we’re looking for someone who’s able to show us how they can get the best out of their colleagues for the greater good of the client and agency.
