What's my job title?
Global Group President, Publicis Health

What does that mean?
My role is about connecting our ecosystem of talent, clients and opportunities to help deliver better business outcomes for our clients and better health outcomes for customers. I lead and manage the European and Asia Pacific regions for our organisation.

When will I meet you in The Lab recruitment process?
We will meet at The Lab assessment day and then I will meet with the successful candidates in the agencies.

What makes me proud about working for Publicis Health?
I am proud to work for Publicis Health because we live up tp our purpose of “Changing Lives, together”. What we do actually makes a difference to those we communicate with, and if we can help just one person, change the outcome and improve lives, we have done our job.

The people I lead are exceptional. I am proud of what they do, every day.

Why am I involved in the Lab?
I really believe in The Lab as it helps uncover some of the brightest and new talent out there! I love the fact that we’re able to “give back”, to give to people who are driven by their motivation and passion for healthcare and communications to chance a break into the industry.

What's my job title?
Executive Creative Director, Europe

What does that mean?
I manage the creative teams within Publicis LifeBrands, both here in the UK and within Europe. I get paid to think of ideas. How lucky am I!

When will I meet you in The Lab recruitment process?
I'll meet you (hopefully) at the assessment day.

What makes me proud about working for Publicis Health?
The Lab. I’m really proud that we where the first healthcare agency/network in the world to create a scheme like this.

Why am I involved in the Lab?
Bringing more diversity and untapped talent into our agencies will only help us to think differently, create better work and to be relevant. This is a fantastic opportunity to help find the next big star within our industry.

What is my job title?
Group Human Resources Director, Europe

What does that mean?
I lead our People Now! strategy and the People Team, which touch all aspects of people working within our agencies. People Now! has been designed to ensure that our people and our career development are front and centre in our thinking, business decisions and our relationships with clients.

When will I meet you in The Lab recruitment process?
At the Assessment Day and when you join us!

What makes me proud about working for Publicis Health?
How far we have come as a company in the last 5 years. It is amazing. The calibre of people, the ideas, innovation and creativity is at times jaw-dropping. I have cried more than once this year experiencing work executed by our people to change the lives of patients, relatives, doctors and carers, for the better.

Why am I involved in the Lab?
It is an original and powerful initiative that finds special people who will potentially become my colleagues. It provides an open playing-field for people to discover and enter into the world of health and wellbeing communications. For people with similar values to those held by Publicis Health and our individual agencies, the Lab offers the chance to experience what it is that we do. Over the last 2 years, we have come across people who have made us think differently and change the way we do things… we want to keep on doing this. The Lab also generates ideas for our charity partners and clients from the Assessment Day onwards, which then go on to be used as part of real life campaigns and projects.

What's my job title?
HR Coordinator

What does that mean?
I support employees from across the Publicis Health UK network with everyday queries and requests. I also work closely alongside other members of the People Team to help manage individuals’ career journeys whilst they are with us so that they can develop during their time here.

When will I meet you in The Lab recruitment process?
Some of you will hear from me in September as I’ll be one of the team carrying out screening calls, I’ll also be around during the Assessment Day as I am based in Kensington Village. For those of you who are successful, I’ll act as your first point of contact in the People Team throughout your Lab experience.

What makes me proud about working for Publicis Health?
The Publicis Health network is so varied yet everyone who works here has a fantastic work ethic and is supportive of others’ successes.  I am proud to work for a company that consistently places emphasis on employee wellbeing and diversity through programmes such as Healthy You, Viva Women and Egalité.

Why am I involved in the Lab?
I think that those with a passion for the creative industry and the desire to work hard should have a chance to demonstrate what they are capable of without formal qualifications acting as a barrier to success. The previous candidates that we have found from The Lab are proof that, when raw talent is nurtured, it can lead to something very special.  I am excited to see what bright sparks we can attract to Publicis Health this year because I’m confident that we will find people with the potential to be future industry leaders.
